Schulte Table Practice with ADHD-Friendly Settings

Use a small grid, one clear target sequence, and optional timing. Keep only the settings that make the activity comfortable and manageable for you.

Page guide

Start with fewer choices

A 3×3 or 4×4 grid creates a shorter task. You can stay with a small grid, repeat it, or choose a larger one only when you want more cells; there is no required progression.

Reduce avoidable distractions

Use full-screen mode if it helps, mute optional sound, choose a readable theme, and clear unrelated tabs or notifications. Different people may prefer different amounts of stimulation.

Timing is optional feedback

If the timer adds pressure, focus on the next target and accuracy instead. A completion time is not an attention score and should not be used to judge ADHD symptoms.

Choose your own stopping point

One round may be enough. Pause or stop if the activity becomes frustrating, tiring, or uncomfortable. Do not change medication, therapy, school support, or care based on a table result.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an ADHD test?

No. It is a general visual-search activity and does not assess or diagnose ADHD.

Does this activity improve ADHD symptoms?

This site does not make that claim. Use the settings only if you find the activity comfortable or useful as a personal routine.

Which grid should I choose?

A smaller grid offers a shorter sequence. Choose based on readability, comfort, and the amount of challenge you want.
